Digital Courses (Online Programs)

All online courses are non-tangible digital products. Once a course is purchased and access is provided, the content becomes immediately available to the user.

Because of this:

• No cancellation is allowed after purchase
• No refund will be provided once course access is activated
• Partial refunds are not applicable

We request users to carefully read course details before enrolling.

One-to-One Consultation / Mentoring Sessions

Our one-to-one consultation services involve time, planning, and personalized guidance.

Cancellation rules:

• Rescheduling is allowed if informed at least 24 hours before the session
• Last-minute cancellations (within 24 hours) are non-refundable
• Missed sessions (no show) will not be refunded or rescheduled
• Once the session is completed, no refund is applicable

eBooks / Downloadable Products

All eBooks, guides, and downloadable materials are delivered digitally.

• No refund after purchase
• No cancellation after download or access
• Exchanges are not allowed

Since these are instant digital downloads, returns are not possible.

Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered in rare cases such as:

• Duplicate payment
• Technical error causing non-delivery of product
• Wrong transaction due to system issue

In such cases, users must contact us within 48 hours with proof of payment.
